北鹏挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板内外墙保温体系说明

北鹏挤塑板薄抹灰外墙保温及内墙保温体系由专用砂浆粘结层、北鹏挤塑板保温层、薄抹灰层和饰面层组成，北鹏挤塑板用专用砂浆固定在基层上，根据需要用锚固件辅助固定，薄抹灰层满铺耐碱网格布（饰面粘贴面砖满铺镀锌金属网加强，专用锚固件固定）。挤塑板需经过表面加工处理，以提高粘结砂浆与挤塑板的结合力。光面板建议选用本公司专用界面剂。
建筑物中的大量热量是通过墙体散失的，北鹏挤塑板不仅适用于各种类型墙体结构的保温隔热，还可以增强墙体的耐用性，为墙体装饰提供平滑表面。
建筑物墙体保温构造体系可简单分为外保温和内保温两种，由于外保温能克服后者在应用时的种种缺陷，例如热桥、施工进度慢、占用面积等，使外墙外保温体系成为发展的必然趋势。北鹏挤塑板独特的抗水性能和高强度为传统保温材料所不具备，而这些特性在用于外墙保温时就显得尤其重要。
Beipeng plastic extruded thin plaster exterior wall heat insulation and
interior wall heat insulation system is composed of special mortar bonding
layer, Beipeng plastic extruded board heat insulation layer, thin plaster
layer and facing layer. Beipeng plastic extruded board is fixed on the
base with special mortar, which can be double fixed by anchor pieces according
to need, and the thin plaster layer is fully covered by alkali-proof gridding
cloth (For facing, facing tiles are bonded with galvanized metal mesh
fully covered for reinforcement and fixed by anchor pieces.) The plastic
extruded board needs to be finished in order to enhance the bonding force
between mortar and plastic extruded board. For tabular-surface board,
the special surface agent produced by this company is recommended.
It is well known that most of heat in a building is dissipated via wall.
Beipeng plastic extruded board not only is suitable for heat insulation
of diversified wall structures but also can improve the serviceability
of wall, meanwhile, it provides a smooth surface for the decoration of
wall.
The heat insulation construction system for building wall can be simply
divided into two kinds, i.e., exterior heat insulation and interior heat
insulation. Exterior heat insulation can overcome the faults in application
of interior heat insulation, for example, thermal bridge, slow construction
progress, space-costing and etc., therefore exterior heat insulation system
for exterior wall has become the inevitable development trend. Beipeng
plastic extruded board boasts its unique water resistance and high strength
that conventional heat insulation materials lack and at the same time
are important for application in exterior wall heat insulation.
