倒置式屋面保温
Inverted roof heat preservation
把北鹏挤塑板放置于屋面防水层之上,使防水层免受温差、紫外线和外界或人为撞击的破坏,从而保护防水层。北鹏挤塑板在长期与水汽接触的情况下也能始终保持恒定的低导热和高抗压性能,同时有效减少水汽的渗透,除此以外,倒置式屋面保温也因其构造简单(例如无需排气孔),施工方便而更具优势。
倒置式屋面保温构造亦可用于对旧建筑屋面的翻修,用北鹏挤塑板直接放置在旧屋面上作为保温隔热材料即可。在一般情况下,北鹏挤塑板可干铺与屋面联结,并只需按建筑物本身的屋顶抗风荷载要求而加以简单压重固定,通常可采用预制混凝土块或卵石。如果需要,也可在北鹏挤塑板上直接浇注混凝土与屋面联结成刚性整体。
Put Beipeng plastic extruded board on roofing waterproof layer so that
the waterproof layer is protected from damage by temperature difference,
ultraviolet radiation, external or man-made impact. Beipeng plastic extruded
board can keep constant low thermal conductivity and high compression
resistance, and moreover can evidently reduce infiltration of vapor, even
if it is in long contact with water vapor. In addition, inverse roofing
heat insulation construction is more welcome in the market thanks to its
simple structure (for instance, need no vent) and convenient construction.
The inverse roofing heat insulation construction also can be used in the
renovation of old buildings. Beipeng plastic extruded board can be directly
placed on the old roofing as heat insulation material. In general condition,
Beipeng plastic extruded board can be laid in dry way to connect with
roofing, and its fixation can be simply done by weight press according
to roof wind-resisting load requirement of the building, in practice,
pre-fabricated concrete block or scree is used. If needed, concrete can
be poured directly on Beipend plastic extruded board to let the board
to be coupled with roofing forming a rigid whole.
