Produced with unique extrusion technique, Beipeng Extruded Thermal Insulation Boards are uniquely composed of fine, closed cells and are available models with tensile strength from 150 kpa to 600 kpa. They are widely used in floor, facade, parking lot, tennis court, roof garden and platform, wooden floor cushioned rooms and long-laden floor of cool houses, airstrip, expressway, railway etc.

保温墙面层执行国家标准《建筑工程质量检验评定标准》(GBJ-301-88)第十章第一节“一般抹灰工程”的规定。
The thermal insulation wall layer is to be made in accordance with the provisions in Chapter 10, Section 1 "General Plastering Works"in the "Standard for Inspection and Appraisal of Quality of Construction Works (GBJ-301-88)"

其它注意事项
Other precautions
　　北鹏挤塑板应分类存放，并挂牌标明材料型号，不得用错。
　　暑天施工时，应适当安排不同作业时间，尽量避开日光暴晒时段。
　　不得在挤塑板上放置易燃及溶剂性化学物品。
　　不得在挤塑板上进行电气焊加工作业。
　　网格布裁剪应尽量顺经纬线进行。
　　拌制粘结剂和聚合物砂浆宜用电动搅拌器，用毕清理干净。
　　应严格遵守有关安全操作规程，实现安全生产，文明施工。
　　Beipeng extruded materials must be stored according to classifications and signs must be
placed to indicate specification of the materials to avoid confusion in use.
　　Appropriate operation time should be arranged during construction in hot summer to
avoid periods of strong insolation.
　　Do not place inflammable or solvent chemicals over the extruded boards
　　Do not carry out electric welding over the extruded boards
　　Cut mesh fabric preferably in the direction of warp yarn or filling yarn.
　　It is recommendable to mix jointing agents and polymer mortar with electric mixer. The
mixer must be cleaned after use.
　　Strictly observe rules for safe operation.
